Fit Kids

Fit Kids is Western New York's first and only fun fitness center! At Fit Kids, kids of all ages can be a part in so many different activities, including age appropriate cardio and strength equipment, one-on-one fitness instruction, a Traverse rock climbing wall, Dance Dance Revolution and cardio-powered Nintendo Wii, birthday and private parties, boxing, and the Fit Moms program. Also, daily classes are offered, including aerobics, cheerleading, dodgeball, among others. At Fit Kids, we want you to have fun and be fit! * Gift certificates are for membership services or parties only – not merchandise. * Gift certificates are equal to a two-week trial membership. * Maximum of two certificates can be used per calendar month.
