You can improve your health and fitness lifestyle at Terrie's Workout Center,with a wide variety of aerobics classes, such as hip hop dance, zoomba, power boxing, boot camp, plyometrics, cycling and interval training. Terrie's also offers many ways in which you can strengthen and tone up your muscles with yoga, pilates, firm and tone, as well as bosu ball classes.

Terrie's Workout Center includes three large weight rooms (hammer strength, nautilus and free weights), large cardio room, huge aerobic room, a one on one pilates studio and a fully equipped one, as well as one boxing studio with a ring.

In addition to participating in  all classes and full use of the equipment,Terrie's offers Tanning Packages for their on-site tanning beds and booths,nursery services and a refreshing juice bar. Their juice bar was voted as having the best protein shakes in Buffalo!

Membership rates are affordable, with a variety of membership plans to choose from for adults and children. Certified personal trainers and instructors are available to help you achieve your fitness goals.
